Credits and licences

NotiChess builds on the work of other authors. This page credits them, with the licence under which we use their work in the NotiChess applications, on computer and on mobile.

Pieces: Cburnett set

Analysis engines

• Stockfish: The Stockfish developers, GNU GPL v3.

• Leela Chess Zero: The LCZero Authors, GNU GPL v3.

These engines are independent programs, distributed under their own licence. NotiChess talks to them through the UCI protocol, without integrating them into its own code. In the mobile application, the engine screen gives access to its licence and source code.

Trademarks

Chess.com and Lichess are trademarks of their respective owners. Their logos are only used to show where a game comes from: NotiChess is not affiliated with either platform. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc., Google Play a trademark of Google LLC.
